Condition grades & cleaning
Three grades, no marketing fluff. Every item also carries written flaw notes and close-up photos of anything we found, so there are no surprises at the door.

Typically 70–75% off retail
Light, normal wear — a small scuff, a slight cushion crease, a tiny seam pucker. Everything is photographed up close and written into the listing.
Fair
Typically 75–80% off retail
Visible wear, a stain we could not fully lift, or a repaired flaw. Structurally sound and comfortable, priced to reflect exactly what it is.
What happens before it's listed
Inspection
Frame, legs, mechanisms, zippers and every cushion checked and documented.
Vacuum & steam clean
Deep vacuum inside and out, then a steam clean on any fabric that needs it.
Odor check
Anything with smoke or pet odor we can't neutralize doesn't get listed.
Hardware check
Bolts tightened, power recliners and USB ports tested, missing hardware replaced.
