Terms of sale
These terms apply to every purchase made through goodbuyvrations.com or arranged by our staff.
One-of-a-kind inventory
Every item listed is a single unit. Listing a piece does not reserve it; an item is yours only once payment or a deposit is completed. Items sell on a first-come basis and are marked Sold automatically at purchase.
Prices, markdowns and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars and may fall on a published markdown schedule down to a stated floor price. Retail comparison prices are the manufacturer's or retailer's typical selling price and are provided for reference. California sales tax is calculated and added at checkout.
Deposits and holds
A deposit places a 48-hour hold on an item. If the balance is not paid within the hold window, the hold releases automatically, the item is relisted, and the deposit is refunded to the original payment method.
Offers
Submitting an offer is a request, not a binding purchase. We may accept, counter or decline. An accepted offer is delivered as a checkout link and is valid for the time stated in that message.
Inspection, acceptance and final sale
You may inspect the item at pickup or before accepting delivery. If it does not match the listing description, grade or photos, you may refuse it for a full refund of the item price, delivery fee and deposit.
Once you accept the item, the sale is final. We do not accept returns or exchanges after acceptance.
Delivery
Delivery is scheduled in two-hour windows within our published zones; areas outside those zones are quoted individually. You are responsible for measuring doorways, stairwells and elevators and for clearing the delivery path. Our crew will not force an item through a space it does not fit and is not responsible for damage to walls, floors or door frames along a route you direct us to take. Add-on services are priced as shown at checkout.
Paid items must be picked up or delivered within 3 days of purchase. After that, a storage fee of $10 per day applies. Items not collected within 30 days are considered abandoned and may be relisted, less storage fees owed.
Condition grading
Condition grades (Like New, Good, Fair) reflect our good-faith assessment after inspection and cleaning. Written flaw notes and photographs accompany each listing. Minor variations in color rendering between screens are not considered a mismatch.
