Buying used furniture online usually means crossing your fingers. Not here. Every listing shows real photos, an honest condition grade and written notes on every flaw we found — and you get to check all of it before you take the piece.
Inspect before you accept
At pickup or at your door, take your time. Sit on it, open it, look underneath. Compare it to the listing photos on your phone.
Doesn't match? Refuse it.
If the item isn't what the listing described, refuse delivery or walk away at pickup. You get a full refund of the purchase price, delivery fee and any deposit — no restocking fee, no argument.
After acceptance, sales are final
Once you accept the piece and it's in your home, the sale is final. These are one-of-a-kind items sold at a fraction of retail, so we can't take them back after acceptance.
Deposits
A deposit holds an item for 48 hours and is fully refundable if you change your mind within that window or if the item doesn't match its listing. If the hold expires without a purchase, the deposit is refunded and the item goes back on the site.
